TRAVELLERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THEY HAVE:

– Comprehensive travel insurance (including medical, cancellation & curtailment cover). Insurance can be purchased through us. Please enquire for details.
– A permanent passport valid for at least 6 months after return with a minimum of 2 blank pages.
– All required visas, health certificates, and vaccinations for their transit and destination countries.
– We will happily provide guidance on request once a booking is confirmed.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS, RATES & PAYMENT:

– All quotes are subject to change/fluctuations until full payment is recieved and confirmations are sent out in writing.
– All quotes are based on live availability, best available/negotiated rates and the current rate of exchange.
– We will re-price the quote and adjust options if services quoted are unavailable at time of requesting a booking.
– Should you want to change any dates post booking confirmation, there will be an change fee per person which will include differences in fares/rates and taxes due.
– Flights are fully non-refundable but changes may be made where there is availiability as per the above point.
– For all Flight bookings: We will please need passport copies in order to make a booking as passenger names must match passports exactly. Any discrepancies will incur additional charges.
– A non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation of booking.
– Bookings made within 30 days of travel require full payment upon confirmation of booking.
– Balance payment is due 60 days prior to departure.
– Prices are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

CANCELLATION POLICY & GENERAL CANCELLATION FEES:

Cancellations must be made in writing and are only valid once acknowledged in writing.
– Non-refundable deposit
– 60–50 days before travel: 50% cancellation fee
– 0–49 days before travel: 100% cancellation fee
– Certain suppliers may impose stricter/lesser policies so we will always negotiate on your behalf where possible and treat each cancellation independently.
